Official Rules & Eligibility 

Eligibility: 

  • Open to legal residents of the United States and U.S. Territories, 18 years or older. 
  • Not open to current customers of Knowledge Anywhere (except for referral-based entries). 
  • Employees of Knowledge Anywhere, IEH Inc. (our parent company), and its affiliates are not eligible. 
  • Void where prohibited by law or by your company’s compliance rules.

Promotion Period: 

Entries accepted from December 01, 2025 through January 30, 2026. All qualifying activities must be completed within this period.

Winner Selection: 

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and contacted by February 15, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected. 

Prize: 

One (1) brand-new iPhone 16e. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $599. 

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. A W-9 and Form 1099 may be required. . 

Other Terms: 

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
