A Monthly Active User is anyone who logs into your LMS at least once during a calendar month. You only pay for users who actually use the system. If someone doesn’t log in that month, they don’t count toward your bill. On average, our customers see monthly active users at about 10–20% of their total registered user base — so a company with 1,000 employees might typically have 100–200 active users per month.
There is a one-time setup fee that depends on which tier is purchased, which includes spinning up your site and personalized training and onboarding from our support and implementation specialists.
Setup fees may be waived for annual commitments.

Flexibility and scalability is key in our pricing structure, allowing you to switch between plans or add additional active users as your organization’s needs evolve, without you having to lose historical data. You can change your tier whenever you’d like. If you consistently change tiers too often, a fee may apply.
While our LMS contracts usually are for an annual basis, you can get a discount for committing to a multiple year agreement, which we can discuss in greater detail during the proposal stage.
