What Is a Learning Path? 

A Learning Path is a way for Admins to structure online training courses and assign training routes for Learners to progress through. Not every necessary skillset can be taught in one course – sometimes, it takes a series of courses to master a skill or gain needed knowledge. An example of a Learning Path may be “Compliance Training.” Under this Path, Admins can create an assign relevant courses, such as OSHA training, Conflict Resolution, Safety Training, and more.

Assigning a learning path to a group is straightforward – Administrators can simply select the group and link it to the desired learning path, ensuring targeted training delivery.

Learning goals within these journeys are set by defining specific objectives and milestones, and progress is tracked through our Reporting section, which monitors course completions, quiz performances, and other relevant indicators.

By utilizing our comprehensive tracking features, you can monitor the progress of every employee individually. This data is always available, and you can access it at any moment. This allows you to identify who is engaging with the training and who might need some additional support or motivation.
