Before Knowledge Anywhere, we had a large network of distributors, reps, and end-users that we were trying to educate across the U.S. and into Canada. Our sales team would try to cover all these territories, and we would kind of play the game of telephone, passing as many details down as we could. A few of those details got lost, so by using a backup system with education, they can go on anytime, anywhere, and find out all the details they need to know through ProTeam University.
We are trying to basically duplicate our sales efforts, making our sales team able to have users go online and find all the details without having to have an in-person demo. By doing that, they can be convenient at any time that works for them. Knowledge Anywhere helped me accomplish the goals for ProTeam University by focusing on the end-user first. They were upfront, trying to learn what we were trying to educate, and then were able to package a course in a convenient and easy-to-use manner for end-users.
Our business and goals have improved with Knowledge Anywhere by being able to educate our end-users with all the details we want them to know upfront, and they can access it anytime and everywhere. We’ve always had the importance of education, and by using an educational online platform, we kind of showcase that in a wide variety. We always want to improve indoor air quality for our mission, but with Knowledge Anywhere, we can take that extra step in just showing education through our products.
The people at Knowledge Anywhere have been great to work with. I mostly would say they’re open and candid and are willing to take constructive feedback that would help produce an end result that’s even better but also understand where we’re coming from and then provide direction to help guide the user. Knowledge Anywhere’s tracking system has been great; we have a wide network of distributors across the base, and then we have reps that manage those distributors. Being able to pull a report and show them exactly who has logged on first to even sign up for ProTeam University, but then also who follows through and the courses that they take has been great information to kind of incite users but also use it to kind of push them along in education.
Knowledge Anywhere is quick to respond to our needs and keeps us on track. Normally, it’s more the customer—me, ProTeam—taking a little more time in the reviews, but they always push the project along and make sure we have everything we need. If I was going to recommend Knowledge Anywhere to a client, and I actually have, I would share that they are great to work with and do a great job at putting course materials together that are easy to use and communicate the goals of your course. Knowledge Anywhere provides the solutions that are easy to use, accessible, and convenient.
