Hello, I’m going to walk you through the learner side of the Knowledge Anywhere LMS. First of all, your learners, unless they have single sign-on or direct login, would come to a welcome screen where they log in. If they already have their login information, they would input it; if not, they could register for an account or reset their password. If other languages are enabled on the LMS, they can select their preferred language.
As you can see, I will log in as a learner, and you’ll notice that your company logo would be at the top to support your branding. In the middle, there are action buttons to make it really clear what the learner should do. For instance, I have two courses past due, one due soon, three in progress, and I’m enrolled for instructor-led training, either in person or virtual. I have completed 47 elements. If badges are enabled, it will show the badges I have earned and all the available badges. If you have continuing education or learning points, it will also display those. The dashboard and action buttons are critical to support learner success.
Scrolling down, it shows the most recent course I visited to help learners get back to where they were, supporting various learning paths. For example, I have a learning path that is zero percent complete with one course past due and another due soon. I also have a corporate learning path 50% complete and external completions that are 100% complete. The transcript details show everything directly from the learning dashboard.
If I go to past due courses, it takes me directly to those that are past due, and it also shows what learning path they’re in. The filtering has been enhanced, so if I want to filter by required courses with a duration of less than 20 minutes, it shows all the courses that meet these criteria. This is powerful for learners to see where they are on their learning path and jump directly to the desired course. The enhanced search allows searching by relevance, and I can sort by title, course rating, or type. From a reporting perspective, you can report on badges and achievements, allowing learners to see how they compare to others while maintaining privacy.
If e-commerce is enabled, learners can add courses to their cart for purchase. From the home screen, learners can view messages about courses that are due soon or past due. The profile section allows learners to view their purchase history, access knowledge marks, and log out. The system is fully responsive, meaning it functions well on mobile devices. If you have any questions, you can visit our help desk for helpful articles supporting both learners and administrators in their journey. Thank you very much for participating, and I look forward to the success of your learning system for your learners.
