Introduction to Anti-Harassment

This course focusses on harassment in the workplace. We’ll explore what harassment is, its different forms, and how to prevent it in the workplace. Harassment exists on a continuum—from subtle or seemingly minor behavior to demeaning actions to, in severe cases, even physical violence. It is crucial to recognize, prevent, and address such behaviors early to maintain a safe, respectful workplace. But it’s also important to do so wisely, recognizing what constitutes harassment, what does not, and responding appropriately, fairly, and consistently.
