Hello, my name is Evan, and I’m part of the Customer Success Team here at Knowledge Anywhere. Today, I’m going to walk you through creating and editing an AI assessment from text. Let’s get started.
First, create an assessment course or use one you’ve already created, as I’m going to do here. At the bottom of the assessments tab, select “Add Assessment from Text.” Here, you’ll be redirected to a screen where you can configure the intro text and decide on the type of questions and the number of questions you want to generate.
You’ll see “0 out of 16,000” in the bottom right. This means you can paste up to 16,000 characters for the AI to utilize in the assessment generation. This includes spaces, numbers, and punctuation marks.
Copy and paste your text into this box. Select “Generate AI Assessment,” and the process will begin. This can take a while, but you’ll be notified once the assessment has been created. Edit questions and intro text to better refine the assessment, resulting in a better experience.
