Hello everyone, my name is Karsten and I’m with Knowledge Anywhere. Today, I’ll guide you through using our OpenSesame integration and how to add courses to your LMS through OpenSesame. We’ll cover several aspects:
First Steps with OpenSesame Integration:
Contact OpenSesame to obtain necessary integration codes. These codes will be used in your LMS to set up the integration.
How to Upload Courses from OpenSesame to Your LMS:
Go to the OpenSesame website, navigate to the ‘Catalog’, and view all available courses. Select courses you wish to add, and use the ‘Send to Integration’ feature to deliver them directly to your Knowledge Anywhere LMS.
Deleting OpenSesame Courses from Your LMS:
Easily manage and remove courses directly from your LMS if they are no longer needed.
Adding the Integration to Your LMS:
In your LMS, go to ‘Settings’, then ‘Integrations’, and select ‘OpenSesame’. Input the integration details provided by OpenSesame and synchronize to complete the setup.
Accessing OpenSesame Courses on the LMS:
Once integration is complete, go to the ‘Content’ section in your LMS. Filter and search for OpenSesame courses, which you can then assign to users or add to learning paths as with any other course.
